Slim down your post Turkey day sandwiches

Small changes can help whip up a lower calorie sandwich:


Swap old fashioned white bread for two disk light wheat bread to to save 150 calories.

Swap-4 ounces light and dark Turkey with skin for 4 ounces skinless breast meat save 41 calories

Swap Mayo, 2 tablespoons light Mayo, 1 tablespoon (my pick?) Hellman's light-you will notice the difference!) and 169 calories to save.
